Query Explanation

The alert evaluates two boolean metrics – ClickHouseErrorMetric_ALL_REPLICAS_ARE_STALE and ClickHouseErrorMetric_ALL_REPLICAS_LOST – and fires if either metric has the value 1. This means the alert triggers when all ClickHouse replicas are either stale (not receiving updates) or have been lost entirely.
