Network traffic is unusually high, may affect cluster performance.

The rule fires when either the ClickHouseMetrics_NetworkSend or ClickHouseMetrics_NetworkReceive metric exceeds a value of 250 (bytes/second or the unit defined by the metric). In other words, if the ClickHouse node’s outgoing or incoming network traffic is unusually high—over the 250‑unit threshold—the alert will be triggered.
