The rule computes the fraction of heap memory currently available on each HBase region server (hadoop_hbase_region_server_heap_bytes divided by hadoop_hbase_region_server_max_heap_bytes) and fires when that fraction drops below 0.2 (i.e., less than 20 % of the total heap remains).
